PAYLOAD
The PEUGEOT Boxer offers a choice of three gross vehicle weights:
LOAD VOLUME
The PEUGEOT Boxer exists in 8 different body styles, based on 3 wheelbases (3m, 3.45m and 4.03m), panel and window vans are available in 4 lengths (L1, L2, L3 and L4) and 3 heights (H1, H2 and H3), for a total load volume ranging from 8 to 17m3, placing the vehicle on a par with the best in class.
LOAD WIDTH
To maximise load space, the PEUGEOT Boxer features an optimised load floor width between wheel arches of 1.42 m, ranking among the best on the market.
The maximum width inside the vehicle is 1.87 m.
The Blind-Spot Monitoring* system informs the driver of the presence of another vehicle in the blind spots of their PEUGEOT Boxer. The alert is given by an indicator light located in the mirror on the side in question, as soon as a vehicle (car, truck, bike) is detected.
*Available as an option or unavailable depending on the version and country
The Rear Traffic Alert* is a new feature which comes with the Blind-Spot Monitoring System. This innovation allows vehicles within a distance of 50 m on the left or right to be detected when reversing. This information is relayed audibly in the cab.
*Available as an option or unavailable depending on the version and country
The multifunction camera* recognises speed limit signs and informs you of the limit on the instrument panel.
*Available as an option or unavailable depending on the version and country
The Distance Alert System* (collision risk warning) warns the driver that their PEUGEOT Boxer risks colliding with the vehicle ahead or a pedestrian present in their traffic lane.
This visual and audible warning is made just before the Active Safety Brake is triggered.
*Available as an option or unavailable depending on the version and country
Active Safety Brake is an automatic emergency braking system which activates if an imminent collision is detected. The camera and the radar will detect stationary or moving obstacles. If the driver then fails to brake or if the braking is insufficient, the system applies the brakes on behalf of the driver. It contributes to avoiding an impact, if you are driving at less than 30 km/h, or to limiting the scale of any collision by reducing the impact speed.
*Available as an option or unavailable depending on the version and country
Hill Descent Control* offers complete and safe control of your PEUGEOT Boxer on steep slopes. The system maintains the vehicle at a very slow speed (3 km/h), providing control and safety.
*Available as standard or optional depending on the version
The Lane Departure Warning System* detects the unintentional crossing of a traffic lane marking using a camera that recognises continuous or broken lines. To ensure safe driving, the camera analyses the image and, in the event of a decrease in the driver’s vigilance and a speed greater than 60 km/h, triggers a visual and audible warning if the driver veers off course.
*Available as standard or optional depending on the version
