Fiat E-Ducato in Newtownards County Down
Embrace fleet electrification with the new E-Ducato. This 100% electric panel van doesn’t compromise on practicality, offering 10 to 17m3 of cargo space, 3.5 and 4.25 tonne GVW ratings and a payload capacity up to 1,885kg. It’s available with a 47kWh or 79kWh battery offering a range of 142 to 223-miles. The smaller battery charges from 5 to 100% in 2 hours 25 minutes using a 22kW AC charger while the big battery takes 4 hours. The E-Ducato electric van has four different charging options with a 50kW DC charger adding 60 miles of range in around 30 minutes. It’s the perfect van for last mile deliveries and local services. E-braking, selectable drive modes and a turtle mode that extends range at near-to 0% make it a top pick for fleets. The E-Ducato is also available as a chassis cab for custom configurations and as an electric people mover.
Design
It’s electric, but you wouldn’t know it. The E-Ducato is a refined electric van that goes about its business quietly. The charge port is located on the passenger side. Inside, the cabin offers space for three people and comes as standard with a 5” touchscreen.
Drive
The E-Ducato’s 90kW electric motor produces a useful 280Nm of torque. With no gears, instant torque and a near silent powertrain, it drives like a dream. The ride is specially tuned to accommodate the heavy batteries and your payload.
Practicality
The E-Ducato is available with two roof heights, three body lengths and three wheelbases to suit any line of work. It offers 10 to 17m3 of cargo space and comes with fast charging and a 143 to 223-mile range. This is among the best in class.
Living with it
eTecnico models are well-equipped with a 7” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, satellite navigation, rear parking sensors and a rear parking camera. The E-Ducato is also available with cruise control and blind spot monitoring.
